1. Shipping Policy

1.1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

       Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days within the United States. International shipping times may vary based on the destination.

       Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times for expedited shipping will be specified during the checkout process.

1.2. Shipping Costs

       Orders Over $75: Free standard shipping is provided for orders with a subtotal of $75 or more (before taxes and shipping fees).

       Orders Below $75: A flat-rate shipping fee will be applied to orders under $75, based on the shipping destination. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

1.3. International Shipping

       We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

1.4. Order Processing

       Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

1.5. Tracking Your Order

       Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.

2. Return Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Returns

       Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

       Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

       Exclusions: Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.

2.2. Return Process

       Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@vintagevolley.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

       Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

       Packaging: Please ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

2.3. Refunds

       Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7-10 business days.

       Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you used a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. For PayPal and other digital payments, the refund will be processed to the original account.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Eligibility for Refunds

       Full Refund: Provided for returns that meet the conditions outlined in Section 2.1.

       Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees, handling fees, and any personalized or custom items are non-refundable.

3.2. Incorrect or Defective Items

       If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

3.3. Cancellations

       Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped, and cancellations will not be possible.
