1. Return Policy
1.1. Eligibility for Returns
● Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
● Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
● Exclusions: Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.
1.2. Return Process
● Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@vintagevolley.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
● Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
● Packaging: Please ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
1.3. Refunds
● Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7-10 business days.
● Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you used a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. For PayPal and other digital payments, the refund will be processed to the original account.

● Full Refund: Provided for returns that meet the conditions outlined in Section 2.1.
● Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees, handling fees, and any personalized or custom items are non-refundable.
2.2. Incorrect or Defective Items
● If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
2.3. Cancellations
● Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped, and cancellations will not be possible.
